From an email from Ivor: "The 'Stand By Israel' sign however is very interesting. You'll see it has folds in it. I used to show the audience how an anti-Semtic kid at school who wanted to wind the Jewish kids up, would take the sign (produced to show support for Israel during the 1967 six-day war), fold it inwards at each end to remove some of the lettering. The resulting new, shorter sign then read 'Stab Israel'"
