Side A / track 1 [17:19]: Fairly Rowdy Audience, Tony talks about the Elgin audience being difficult. [3.15] The Hebden Bridge and Bike Riding in Lancaster, with mixed-results material. [5.00] Tony Talks about performing to academics but how it was a bad night for him. [6.35] "Heavily Yang night": discussing his liberal friends and his liberal doctor. He discusses his experience with him trying to get some Valium from him. Talks about Jaundice and his Henna Evening. [10.45] Zen and Motorcyclist. [12.15] Brown Rice diet. Guilt Trip and Teeth. [12.56] Politically incorrect food: a Spanish inquisition of fruit ("a Zionist orange"). Fasting. Going on a "food-free diet" to avoid evil corporations. [15.48] Gandi [16:26] Richard Pryor's film: Racism and how he is jealous. [16:55] Tony ends his show and leaves the stage and MC comes onstage.
Side B / track 2 [12:50]: Graffiti. [0.47]: He tells the Audience to move out and stop chatting, but does not dwell on it. [1.37] Loud Heckler. [1.58] Mother and some more heckles (Self-described "Fragile material"). [2.30] Lorry Driver story. [3.40] Deals with another heckler again and is seen having issue with them ("I was like that after my first pint"). He goes in and out of discussing about taking up Smoking. [7.46] He goes to read a poem about his ancestry merged with politics. [9.00] A saxophone is blared and drums come along in the background (The band Combo) and reads the poetry. [12.10] Tony Allen leaves the stage.
N.B. Side B may come before Side A as Side A has a more definite close to the material. ("Good night Elgin".)
