| Description | Martin Stiles spent many years following (and off-air recording!) radio and stand-up comedy. Between c1985-95 he attended the comedy recordings at the Paris Studio in Lower Regent Street several times a month, sometimes several times a week. The collection is mostly in scrap books and includes tickets for the radio recordings, including pilots and some which never made it, and also the fliers promoting the tickets which were sent out by the Ticket Unit. Some are autographed. The collection also includes newspaper cuttings, (including Radio and TV Times) some other fliers from stand-up shows, Edinburgh festival programmes, etc. |
