A printed note on the front cover indicates that the play is asscoiated with the Dickens Dramatic Society, with Herbert Beerbohm Tree as president.
A printed note on the back cover states, "The front page of this programme is an exact reproduction of the Cover design for the Original Monthly Parts of Dombey and Son, the block having been kindly lent by the Editor of "The Dickensian"."
