ContentNoteThis appears to be the same man as Nowell describes as "Ishan Babakhan ibn Abdul Medzhidkhan, Chairman of the Moslem Board of Central Aisa and Kazakhstan" on the reverse of 4080. She seems to be wearing the same outfit.
In "Searching for Light" this photograph is shown facing p.257 with the caption "Hewlett and Nowell Johnson with the Imam after the feast"
