Foster as Vernon Blundell, Miss Phyllis Dare as Delia Dale, Miss Mabel Sealby as Marie Silvaine, Miss Connie Ediss as Brenda Blacker, Mr. George Barrett as Commodore Parker, Mr. George Grossmith as Lord Bicester, Miss Olive May as Lady Rosabelle Merrydew and Mr. Edmund Payne as Floot. Interspersed amongst the photographs are music and lyrics to songs entitled, "A Tiny Touch", "Take Me For-" and "Miss Blush!". There is also an article entitled, "Frocks and Frills" which provides costume details.
