DescriptionSix engravings pasted on paper, two per piece. The first depicts an author's benefit at the Theatre Royal Haymarket. The second depicts the benefit for Mr. Walker at the Theatre Royal Covent Garden. The third depicts the benefit for the author of the comedy with the Mock Doctor. The fourth depicts the benefit of Joe Miller at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. The fifth depicts James Figg teaching the art of fencing. The sixth depicts John Shaw at the Ram Inn in Cirencester. All are from work by William Hogarth.
