Contains many annotations and markings of passages in the debate concerning a High Court injunction and the Speaker's ruling on banning the screening of a BBC film within the Houses of Parliament on Zircon spy satellite affair and the decision to refer the matter of the relationship of the Courts to the Government to the Committee of Privileges. Weatherill makes the comment that this was 'a remarkable and memorable debate in which Tony Benn managed to change the course of the decision' and he also draws attention to the speech of Enoch Powell. Also includes a letter of congratulation to Tony Benn on his speech, notes on the court injunctions and freedom of speech, newspaper reports on the Zircon affair, further extracts from Hansard and a copy of the evidence submitted to the Committee of Privilges.
