Parliamentary Debates (Hansard) House of Commons. 6th series, Vol 110 No 51. Thursday, 12 February 1987. London, HMSO. Concerns the Speaker's ruling that points of order will resume their traditional place in the order of business after all other parliamentary business, rather than allowing them to become a device to extend question time.
