Contains Weatherill's contribution to a parliamentary debate on the economic situation with reference to small businesses. His speech was made from a sitting position as a result of injuries received in a car accident. Also includes press cuttings about the accident and letters of good wishes from political colleagues. One of these has information about recent discussions in the Conservative Whip's office about the party's standing at home and abroad.
