Letter from John W Swan (The Cabinet Office, Bermuda) thanking Weatherill for his thank you letter regarding the trip – dated 3rd October 1988; Letter from John at Willowbank to Jack (Bernard Weatherill) regarding their holiday to Bermuda and stay at the Willowbank – a Christian mission resort dated 29th September 1988. Small publication – “The Willowbank Story” by Irving Harris and Norman Grubb; Itinerary for trip provided by Government House Bermuda; Messages received while at Willowbank; Letter from John Dunrossil (Governor) dated 2nd Sept 1988 about travel arrangements from the airport; Letter from John Weatherill (a relative) about where he should stay – 1st August 1988; Handy reference map of Bermuda; Golf score card for the Mid Ocean Club, and another for the Port Royal Golf Course– Bermuda; Service sheet for St James’ Parish Church with St Michael and All Saints- 11th Sept 1988; Guest information booklet for Willowbank; Leaflet for the Bermuda Maritime Museum; Leaflet for a self-guided tour of West End Somerset in Bermuda; Bermuda Cathedral Newsletter – September 4th 1988; Travel Insurance Certificate for the Right Hon BB Weatherill and Mrs Weatherill – Aug-Sept 1988; Letter from John Weatherill (a relative who had written a book about Bermuda – "Faces of Bermuda") about the people he should meet during his visit and his perspective on the politics of the island. The first two pages of this letter are general about the island politics, and the final three pages are about people he might run into – most of which are personal friends, relatives or Bermudans he thinks are interesting – and most of which he features in his photographic book ‘Faces of Bermuda’. Letter dated 7th August 1988.
