DescriptionMrs. D. Eady (nee Weller), born 1899, interviewed in Margate. Her father was a shopkeeper (newsagent, tabacconist and shoeshop). Her mother took lodgers in the summer, and she came from a family of eight. Her first job was helping in a shop, groceries assistant and office work.
