Diary with Indexed Memorandum The diary contains short appointment entries for the year together with some notes in the indexed Memorandum section on international relations between the USA and Russia, slave labour, Dallin's book, comparative statistics of USSR colonies, Rumania, Poland and Yugoslavia, and contradictions in the Marshall Plan.
