Visit to Havana, Cuba Covering the period between December 26th 1963 and January 9th 1964, the diary gives detailed, daily entries of a visit to Cuba, via Prague and Ganda, by Hewlett and Nowell Johnson. Illustrated with a few coloured sketches, the notes describe sightseeing in Havana, visits to factories, workers estates, state farms etc. and makes particular mention of a meeting with Castro at a reception at the Presidential Palace on the occasion of the 5th Anniversary of Cuba's Independence Day, January 2nd, 1964.
