  <dc:title>"ASHFIELD PLACE. R/H. OBL. SUFFOLK" [Kent's Mill, Earl Soham]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Black and white negative and print made from it of a converted roundhouse of a post mill, [previously attributed as Ashfield Place in Framsden near Ipswich in Suffolk], taken on 30th August 1936.

Information from records at the Mills Trust Archive leads us to believe this is actually Kent's Mill, Earl Soham. This is because Kent's mill had a 2 storey roundhouse so is much taller as can be seen in the associated image, whereas Ashfield had a one storey roundhouse so was much smaller. [information added to record 20/11/2025 - with thanks to Russell Jones].</dc:description>
