The chorus lyrics are also depicted, “It may be the twang of the Northern boys, it may be the drone of the West, it may be the Micky or Sandy who speaks, but it fills your heart and thrills your soul, no matter if spoken or sung, and all that you know, and all that you are, it’s the dear old mother tongue”. 1899
