<dc:description>The Hollingsworth Collection consists of 217 items dating between 1939 and 1999, relating to events held in Scotland and England. Beside venues in capital cities, some provinces are also well-represented, notably Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Wolverhampton. The collection encompasses programmes pertaining to theatre, ballet, opera and orchestral and choral concerts; in addition, some of the programmes specify that they were produced for the Edinburgh Festival.</dc:description>
