The lands in question are two plots situate on Aperfield Court Estate in the Parish of Cudham, Kent, marked in pink on page 4. At the base of Conveyance: The signatures of Edmund Freeman, FWG Richardson, J. Freeman, and Albert Charles Victor Proctor, all witnessed by ‘[?].H.[?]uire’, except for Jack Freeman, who was witnessed by ‘Philip Ganeth [/Gareth]’ of ’29 Spring Gardens’.
