KENT Involving: Henry Stroud (of Gillingham, Kent) (Joiner), Mary Elizabeth Stroud (wife of Henry), George Box Stroud (of Gillingham, Kent) (Joiner), Richard Phillips (of Brompton, Gillingham) (Carpenter). The Strouds are brothers whose Father decreed in his will that they were to partition the land between them. Henry is 21, and now George is 17 they are selling some of the messuages.
