Alan Armstrong Black and white photograph of Alan Armstrong, Professor of Economic and Social History. He is wearing a suit with a lighter coloured jacket, and sitting on his desk with his legs crossed and his hands clasped around his knees, smiling at the camera. There is a window behind him with a view of a college courtyard, probably Rutherford. c.1980
