BAME Online is a fundraising conference developed by and for people of colour which first took place in July 2020. The curator of the conference was Martha Awojobi, of JMB Consulting, and the conference was hosted and organised by Nikki Bell and Simon Scriver of 'Fundraising Everywhere.' The interview took place on Monday 8th February 2021 and covered the inspiration behind the conference and the impact of the conference on the fundraising community and in particular, people of colour within the fundraising community. The interview is 28 minutes and 19 seconds long. The interviewer was Beth Astridge, Project Archivist for the UK Philanthropy Archive at the University of Kent.  				</dc:description>
