A grant was awarded for the Le Passeur Capacity Building and Touring Programme, 2017-2020, which will use the acquisition of Le Passeur 1881 by William Stott of Oldham as a catalyst for change in the arts sector. The programme will involve touring and training with four partner organisations: Gallery Oldham, Aberdeen Art Gallery, Southampton City Art Gallery, and Oriel y Parc. The second strand of the project will involve training workshops and a bursary scheme to tackle the current gap in registrarial skills that is developing within the sector. 22 December 2016-10 June 2019
