  <dc:description>The Ian Fraser Memorial Bursary Fund was established in 1977 as a subsidiary fund of St Dunstan’s, South Africa, to commemorate the life of Lord Fraser, who died in 1974. The object of the Fund was to provide bursaries, grants, and scholarships to registered blind persons to aid in their studying for degrees or diplomas at any South African university. Contains correspondence, progress reports, and financial statements. Grants were awarded for core costs to enable the charity to continue to support blind and visually impaired persons.</dc:description>
