A grant was awarded for Barnardo's SW Revolutions mobile training service which would tour schools and pupil referral units in Gloucestershire and Somerset in order to target academically disadvantaged and disengaged young people. The service would include two vehicles (one mobile training unit and one classroom) to provide motor vehicle skills training and basic literacy and numeracy skills development. 12 May 2010-2 November 2012
