Age UK Oxfordshire (formerly The Oxfordshire Befriending Network) Correspondence, minutes, and grant application for Age UK Oxfordshire's The End of Life Project. The project aimed to ensure anyone in Oxfordshire in the last three months of their lives had access to their services to plan and approach death on their own terms.
