Champniss was given this material by Lee and Herring when the Avalon offices moved from Leicester Square to Ladbroke Grove. They had selected any material they wanted to keep, so invited Champniss to come along and take anything of interest (as long as he could do it quickly!)

Admin historyJoseph Champniss is a graphic artist and illustrator. He worked with Lee and Herring, producing artwork for their TV series. He is an avid comedy fan and co-created the website 'Some of the corpses are amusing" (SOTCAA) with Mike Scott.
