| Collection | Dan Thompson artist books and ephemera |
| Description | Multi-fold booklet printed on cream paper. Commissioned for 'Navigating History', a collaboration between Proboscis and Deborah Smith, with East Sussex Record Office Lewes, Folkestone Library and Museum, and West Sussex Local studies Collection in Worthing Library. Contains writings by various authors alongside heritage photographs and images. Based on a concept of a parlour game in which players spend time rooting through stories and pictures that they combine in a contest akin to 'Consequences', where each new passage or picture must link to the last. Once three "strands" have been thread, the winner is the player who can connect all three pieces. |
