The cover depicts the performer in white army uniform with red epaulettes and sash. Lines from the chorus are also depicted: I’m a military man, you know, though a dilatory man, you know – I’m mashed on all the maidies – all the darling ladies- Pity I’m quite so gay – when they speak of me now they say, “That terrible dudey – awfully rudey – Captain la-di-da.”’
