The third page includes an additional title: “Why Did She Leave Her Jeremiah? Or, Isn’t It Funny What Money Will Do”. The cover features a lithograph of George Leybourne (also known as Champagne Charlie) in a black top hat and buttoned coat. The bottom of the sheet has been cut.
Notes	Also includes a list of fourteen of Hopwood & Crew’s New Comic Songs, advertised in miniature on the back page.
