| Description | Indenture of Conveyance of land at Rainham Mark for £360, from William Edward Renwell Randall and William John Scott to George Henry Hone.
The piece of land involved is described as being located in Rainham Mark in the Parish of Rainham, Kent. It is described as being enclosed by a quick set hedge, and includes, on the South part, land abutting on the High Road from Chatham to Canterbury, as on the North part, around 163ft of assize. On the East side, the land abuts on hereditaments ‘now or late belonging to [LARGE GAP] Button’, and on the West side 56ft, abutting onto hereditaments belonging to Walter Stunt. Includes the tenement thereon formerly used as a Beershop and known as “The Rainham Mark”. |
