Title	AGREEMENT OF SECURING £500 AND INTEREST

Description	Talbot loans £500 to Lilian Rumsey (at the rate of 4% per annum interest). She promises at the request of Talbot to mortgage property to him to secure the repayment. At the base of Indenture: There are 3 identical red seals, two set next to the Rumseys’ signatures, and one set to the right of the witness: ‘Ada Agustar Catchpole’ of Rose Farm, Wrotham, stated as a Nurse.
Notes	Due to the lack of Charles Talbot’s signature, this could be his copy of the agreement. Stamp on “front page” reads: ‘GODFREY RHODES, FIRTH & Co., Solicitors, 77, CHANCERY LANE, W.C.’
