DescriptionInvolving Jesse Phillips (of Chatham, Kent) (Gentleman) and Christopher Lund (of Wall’s Terrace, Chatham, Kent) (Gentleman). Phillips sells land at Gads Hill, Gillingham to Lund for £280.
ON THE REVERSE - Note of receipt dated 13th December 1881. Phillips confirms that the payment of £280 for the overleaf Indenture has been paid by Lund.
NotesIncludes labelled map of plot to left hand side of Indenture, the plots involved highlighted in pink. One note reads ‘Formerly belonging to William Wells’.
