Notes	Gillingham Corporation questions are recorded as having been written on 31st December 1958, and the Osbornes’ replies as having been given on 1st January 1959. The document is signed by the Solicitor HR Gahley[?] rather than any of the persons involved. The document is stamped by ‘Frank Hill, Town Clerk, Municipal Buildings, Gillingham, Kent’.
