Description	Involving Lloyds Bank Limited, Miss Martha Gwynnyth Passby (of Hollywood Frindbury[?], Rochester, Kent) (Spinster). Passby pays back the mortgage of land at Gad’s Hill, Gillingham from the Bank for £191.13.1 (£191, 13 shillings and 1 penny) from the Bank. At the base of Conveyance: Signed by the director and secretary of the Bank, and page is indented with large ornate circular seal of Lloyd’s Bank (approx. 7cm in diameter) bearing the trademark rearing horse in the centre.
