DescriptionInvolving Charles Churchill (of No.29 Sussex Square, Hyde Park, Middlesex) (Esquire), Edward John Luck (of Acre Wharf, Lambeth, Surrey) (Timber Merchant), Charles Lock Luck (of Carlton Chambers, Regent Street, Middlesex) (Architect), Michael George Luck (of Acre Wharf, Lambeth, Surrey) (Timber Merchant), Frederick Luck (of Kingston on Thames, Surrey) (Esquire), George Luck (address not given) (a Cornet in Her Majesty’s 6th Regiment of Royal Dragoons), George Grimes (of Saxton Street, New Brompton, Kent), Henry Coulter (of Chatham, Kent) (Brewer). Grimes pays sixteen pounds and ten shillings to Churchill for land in New Brompton.
At the base of Conveyance: Signed and sealed by all but Henry Coulter.
NotesAll documents from RB/DOC/LT/089-104 were bound together with pink ribbon.
