Description	Page 1 (back page): Indenture dated: 13th March 1789. Stroud pays £30 to Richard Asprey for land, and for part of the estate of John Burden (deceased, formerly of Gillingham) Page 2: (front page): Release. Further agreements. At the base of Conveyance: Signed and sealed by ‘Richd Asprey’ and ‘Jane Asprey’. No signature from Stroud.
Notes	All documents from RB/DOC/LT/089-104 were bound together with pink ribbon. Interesting that signed by ‘Jane Asprey’, as Richard’s wife, a party in document, is named earlier as Sarah.
PhysicalDescription	back page approx. 81x63cm, front page approx. 79x58cm. Attached together along bottom of documents. Back page is cut into waved pattern at top, front page is cut straight along top.
