DescriptionInvolving Robert Peirce the Younger (of Brompton, Chatham, Kent) (Butcher), Thomas Field (of Chatham, Kent) (Malster), John Colchin (of Gillingham, Kent) (Sawyer). Colchin pays £25 to Peirce for land (and the Smith’s Forge) in Gillingham.
At the base of Conveyance: Signed and sealed by ‘Robt Peirce Junr ’, ‘Thos Field’, and ‘John Colchin’.
NotesAll documents from RB/DOC/LT/089-104 were bound together with pink ribbon.
Damage: EXTREMELY fragile. Multiple holes (around 24) worn through along folds and circular holes in middle of pages, perhaps caused by insect damage. Holes range in size between 2x3mm and 6.5x2cm.
