Description	Memorandum of an agreement between John & Mary Bagshaw and John Foster. John and Mary Bagshaw have inherited a house on Manor Road from Mary's father John Cheshire, with the agreement that they will pay Mary's siblings £10 per annum. John Foster will lend the Bagshaws £10 per annum.
PhysicalDescription	Bifolium, approx 41x32cm unfolded. Handwritten in black-brown ink on cream paper with Brittania watermark. Handwriting deteriorates towards the end. Water damage and wear around folds
