Description	Statement of fees pertaining to James Moseley's purchase of Manor Street in 1804. Fees include searches, drawing up documents and attending executions amongst others. Total cost £ 28/15/- from 9 separate entries. Affixed is a receipt confirming amount was paid on 11 May 1805.
PhysicalDescription	Approx 21x25cm unfolded. Hand written in black ink on cream paper. Textured paper with Britannia watermark. Receipt approx 20x9cm of same material affixed at top left. Embossed 'eight pence' stamp in top left.
