PhysicalDescription	Item 1: Approx 20x32cm. Typed pro forma completed by hand on purple paper. Also contains stamps. Affixed to item 2 with paperclip. Item 2: Approx 73x60cm. Handwritten in dark ink on cream paper. Text held by red margins. Document folded at bottom and held in place by three red wax seals on green fabric.
