Description	Minutes for the Council of Management meetings between 1956 and 2009. Meetings were mostly held two or three times a year to consider grant applications to the Fund. The run is divided into years, and all files contain the meeting minutes and agenda for each meeting held. Some files also contain detailed lists of applications that were being considered, some with handwritten notes from meeting attendees. Some files also contain correspondence relating to the meetings, such as location arrangements or opinions on grant applications where council members were unable to attend the meetings in person.
