	Note that Packwood is now in the West Midlands region.
	Note that 31 seems to have been changed to 21 or vice versa, the other photograph of this mill conversion is dated 31st May so this has been taken to be the correct date.
	Note that 'FULLARD'S MILL.' has been added after 'Tower' in blue biro on the negative envelope.
	Note that 1925 has been crossed out and replaced with 1597 on the negative envelope.
