DescriptionSheet music for piano and lyrics titled "The Barman" (4 pages total) The scene for the illistration on the cover is Bard is in a bar. He is wearing an all white barmans uniform white trousers, apron, jacket and shirt with a high collar, and a red bowtie, he is holding a pewter beermug in his left and and his right hand is in his trouser pocket. He is winking and has a cheeky smile. Behind him there is the bar itself with beertaps, a cake in a cake display, a stack of plates and knifes and a shelf with bottles and barrels on it. Behind the bar there is a young girl wearing a straw hat with a black bow, holding a jug reaching up too small to be seen fully and she says "'Arf a pint of four 'arf, a clean pipe, for farver an' please wot's the time?". On the left hand side, a man is behind the shelves so only his face is visable, he looks angry and he says "Now then! don't stand grinnin' there. Can't yer see there's a customer waitin'?". At the bottom of the illistration, in the right hand corner there is a smaller illistration of just a womans portrait. She is wearing a pink dress with a blue bow, and she has curly hair. She is saying "Come & help me do the cellar work, Wilkie.".
