DescriptionSheet music for piano and voice, titled "It Made No Difference, Not a Bit of Difference!", appearing as one folded folio sheet (4 pages total). The front cover depicts Herbert Campbell in a suit at the centre of the page. To the top left of this is an illustration of a man sitting as his desk drinking alcohol. To the bottom left is an illustration of a doctor boring a patient to sleep whilst reading a newspaper. The top right illustrates a man in a colonial British uniform attacking two people of colour wearing just white underwear. The bottom right illustrates a man in his nightclothes leaning against a barrel of alcohol, and a police man drinking alcohol.
