It has a single sepia photograph on the left of the cover, depicting the upper half of the performer, Dave Carter, who is looking to the left. He is wearing a suit. The remaining cover contains text in black ink; the top of the cover has the title, the right has the writer, composer and performer details and the bottom has the publisher details.
Notes	Some light tearing on the outer margins of all pages and some light foxing, especially on the middle page.
	The cover binding is torn at the top and at the bottom. The middle sheet is unbound to the cover.
	There is a blue ink stamp to the bottom right of the cover, reading ' Edwards & Son, 67 London Road, Brighton'. The back cover of the document also includes a list of additional songs and performances from the publishers.
