| Description | Sheet music for piano and voice, titled "Now and Then.", appearing as two bifold folio sheets (8 pages total). The front cover depicts J. J. Dallas wearing a suit and waistcoat, with a white apron over the top, a red scarf, and a square brown hat. He is standing with his hands on his hips, and one eye shut. Around him are three illustrations: the top left illustration is a man in a brown suit and smoking a pipe, he is carrying a bag or bucket, and it is subtitled "Goes to work."; the illustration on the right is a man getting kicked out the door of a pub, with the subtitled "Chucked!"; the bottom left illustration is of a man walking through the doors of a building, with "Money Lent" written on the side, subtitled "A popular vist". |

| There are lots of tears and rips throughout the document, especially on the front cover where some text has been destroyed because of this. |
