Notes	There are a lot of tears and rips throughout the document; the front cover has some old sellotape along the binding, and several large rips; the last page has a large rip near the binding.
	On the front cover are some annotations in pencil: at the top is "3d" which has been scribbled out and replaced with "2d"; along the right of the page is "20p"
	There is a lot of discolouration and dark marks throughout the document
	The last page includes a list of Maynard's List of New Popular Comic Songs and Ballads
