They are linking arms, kicking their legs out, throwing their hats and waving their arms and umbrellas in the air. The man at the front left is wearing a long yellow jacket over his black suit, he is holding a cigarette and waving his top hat in the air. In front of the men is lit streetlamp, and there are top hats on the floor. |
