NotesThis song title is a reference to Charles Dickens set of short stories titled "Mugby Junction", as the third chapter is titled "The Boy at Mugby". At the top of the front page there is a printed note stating "By Express Permission of Charles Dickens Esqr..."
The binding is loose and has completely seperated between the 4th and 5th page.
There are several rips at the binding.
The back page includes a list of "New Half-Price Music.".
There is a piece of white tape along the right side of the back page.
