| Description | Sheet music for piano and voice titled, “It's co-in-ci-dence I have seen!“ appearing as two folio sheets (8 pages total). Front cover depicts the performer, dressed casually in striped shirt, waistcoat and neckerchief holding an open newspaper. Three other scenes are depicted: men working with pick axes, guarded by a uniformed guard; a woman driving a donkey-drawn trap; a man being chased by a bull. Lyrics to the chorus are also depicted: ‘And there’s my old mother wot is eighty years to day, Though it’s never yet been mentioned in The “Queen”, But I think it really ought – Sixty years she’s bossed our court, It’s the strangest co-in-ci-dence I ‘ave seen!’ |
